Goodbye ‘11, welcome ‘12
17 December 2011The final round up in 2011, with news regarding our German and Spanish friends in Bundesliga and La Liga. This is also marking out sixth anniversary for the Injuries.dk/EFIAS.com service that is being provided. We hope to give you many great experiences the following year including the championship of the European national teams in Poland and Ukraine.
The 17th round marks the half way point in the German Bundesliga and is also the last round of football in 2011. The players will be back again on the 20th of January 2012 where Mönchengladbach will face Bayern Munich in the first Bundesliga match in 2012. Prior to the 17th round the major news are that Moritz Leitner and Mario Götze are likely to be out in Borussia Dortmund’s match in Freiburg on Saturday. In Munich, Bayern midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is back after having suffered from a broken collarbone. Lastly the bottom two teams are suffering from suspensions this weekend as FC Augsburg is missing Jan-Ingwer Callsen-Bracker and SC Freiburg has Julian Schuster out.
FC Barcelona struck by unluckiness. This must be the considered as the outcome after David Villa’s injury in the match against Al-Sadd. In Barcelona, they talk about a catastrophe, while the rest of Spain is concerned about his shinbone’s health, making him doubtful for the EC next summer. But it is not only Villa who has fallen – Alexis Sánchez has problems with his thigh muscle and will most probably miss the following match.
